Phase 1: Feasibility study 2012 – 2015
A feasibility study was undertaken on the sites to implement rezoning and planning schemes to achieve consolidation and rezoning for appropriate educational facilities. This included heritage, landscaping and urban planning into the master plan.
Phase 2: Barkly House, Construction completed, 2017 Jan
Restoration and renovation of the rezoned facility to facilitate compliant educational facilities.
Phase 3: Precinct Demolitions, Restorations/Heritage and Construction 2017 – Current
Demolitions of unsafe and inappropriate structures. Heritage compliance to 60+ years old facility, reconditioned for educational use. Construction of a New Hall facilities in compliance with educational standards. Landscape architectural design and implementation, heritage compliance.
Development and implementation of a master plan for integration of all aspects of existing precinct. This included heritage, landscaping and urban planning into the master plan.
